The Welcome Reception is the first social gathering between all conference delegates and it will take place at the centre of Guildford. It will be a relaxing evening during which delegates will have the opportunity to talk to colleagues and peers, while enjoying local drinks and ample canapés.
The Welcome Reception is included in all conference fees. Additional tickets for accompanying persons can be purchased through the registration system.
To end the conference, the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management will be delighted to host a Gala Dinner in the main auditorium of the G Live Performance Centre located at the top of High Street in Guildford. The G Live Centre is a contemporary entertainment venue attracting a host of famous faces, and will provide a unique and theatrical space for the Gala Dinner and end of conference party. The evening will commence with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival followed by a three course meal. The evening will also feature a premier entertainment performance.
The cost of the Gala Dinner will be included in the full conference registration fee. Additional tickets for accompanying persons can be purchased through the registration system.
